Qualifications

7+ years of Business Analysis experience in IT environments.
Experience supporting Utilities industry projects with NERC documentation knowledge.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and system requirements.
Lead requirements elicitation sessions through interviews, workshops, surveys, document analysis, and stakeholder meetings.
Create and maintain user stories, requirements documentation, and traceability within Azure DevOps (ADO).
Support utility industry projects, including environments governed by NERC compliance and documentation standards.
Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational procedures to identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business needs into actionable requirements for development and testing teams.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and business users to ensure successful solution delivery.
Facilitate requirement reviews, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign-offs.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams while managing multiple priorities.

Ability to lead discussions, workshops, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or Scrum-related certifications.
Experience supporting enterprise software development and modernization initiatives.
