Job summary

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams.
Gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage business, functional, and system requirements.
Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements elicitation sessions.
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability in Azure DevOps (ADO).
Support utility industry projects operating in NERC-compliant environments.
Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational procedures to identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Partner with Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and business users throughout the SDLC.
Facilitate solution reviews, stakeholder sign-offs, and cross-functional collaboration.
Support enterprise application modernization and process improvement initiatives.
