Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and software teams.
• Gather, analyze, document, validate, and manage requirements across initiatives.
• Lead requirements elicitation via interviews, workshops, surveys, reviews.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability in Azure DevOps.
• Support utility projects in NERC-compliant environments.
• Evaluate processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvements.
• Translate needs into structured functional and system requirements.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, QA, and business users.
• Facilitate requirements reviews, walkthroughs, and sign-off sessions.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Support enterprise software modernization efforts.
• Drive consistency and quality across documentation.
