Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
7+ years of Business Analysis experience in IT environments.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for requirements management and tracking.
Strong knowledge of NERC documentation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and software development teams.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and system requirements.
Lead requirements elicitation sessions via interviews, workshops, surveys, and meetings.
Create and maintain user stories, requirements docs, and traceability in Azure DevOps.
Support utility industry projects with NERC-compliant documentation standards.
Analyze business processes and workflows to find improvements.
Translate business needs into actionable requirements for development and testing teams.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and users to ensure delivery.
Facilitate requirement reviews, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder sign-offs.
