Responsibilities

• Performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Oversees and inspects work by outside contractors for HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, remodeling, and cleaning.
• Maintains fire detection, life safety, lighting, and building management systems.
• Monitors building operations, maintains energy management programs, and seeks cost-efficient operation of systems.
• Responds to emergencies and customer concerns, uses work order systems and email for communications.
