Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling preferred.
• Seven years of experience in commercial building operations and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Manage reactive and preventive maintenance work orders in CMMS; document results.
• Walk facilities to identify issues and create proactive work orders for improvements.
• Coordinate with Site Manager and vendors to ensure compliant, timely work.
• Plan maintenance tasks to minimize impact on production; procure materials as needed.
• Close out work orders and report performance to stakeholders.
