Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in HVAC/facilities engineering.
• Completion of a Universal Certification and/or enrolled in an HVAC program.
• Experience in repairing building electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Must be able to read/write/communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, replacement, repair, and maintenance of building mechanical/electrical/control systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and on-demand work orders.
• Liaise with EMCOR, client teams, tenants, and stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Perform routine maintenance like filter changes, lubrication, and equipment upgrades.
• Oversee contractors and ensure safe, efficient facility operations.
