Job summary

EMCOR Services Aircond is seeking a General Building Maintenance Technician to maintain the property and support the Facility Operations Manager. The role covers grounds, preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordination with multiple vendors on site.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of full-time maintenance experience, strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and light HVAC, with a commitment to safety and professional representation of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years full-time maintenance experience.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks.
• Demonstrated knowledge of work safety habits.
• Ability to professionally represent the company.
• Supply basic tools.
• Able to work on-call and extended hours (including after hours and weekends).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the property and assist the Facility Operations Manager.
• Assist with all aspects of maintenance including grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency work.
• Coordinate with vendors who perform work on site.
• Follow the maintenance program to protect and maintain the property.
