Responsibilities

• Lead complex building envelope projects across new construction, rehabilitation and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain senior relationships with owners, architects, developers and partners.
• Drive business development, strategic pursuits and expansion of key client accounts.
• Provide senior technical oversight across facades, waterproofing, fenestration, roofing and enclosure systems.
• Mentor senior staff and support development of future leaders.
• Shape business strategy, operational priorities and long-term growth initiatives.
• Support financial performance and growth of the New York practice.
