TYG is seeking a Senior Building Envelope Consultant to lead complex enclosure projects in a client-facing role in the United States. You will own investigations, designs and construction administration, collaborating with owners, architects and contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of building envelope experience, deep knowledge of enclosure systems, and familiarity with ASTM/AAMA standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of building envelope construction and/or consulting experience.
• Background in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong technical knowledge of building enclosure systems and waterproofing.
• Experience with ASTM/AAMA standards and enclosure testing.
• Strong report writing and client-facing skills; experience with construction documents and technical specifications.
• Relevant roofing or building enclosure credentials are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead building envelope projects from investigation through construction administration.
• Perform forensic investigations and condition assessments.
• Conduct design reviews across façades, walls, roofing and waterproofing systems.
• Oversee enclosure testing and field investigations.
• Develop reports, specifications and construction documentation.
• Manage client relationships, proposals, scopes and project fees.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, contractors and other specialists.
