TYG, a nationally recognized architecture, engineering, and construction consulting firm, seeks a Senior Principal to lead and grow its Building Envelope practice in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale market. This executive role blends technical expertise with business development, overseeing complex enclosure projects and expanding client relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science or a related field.
15+ years of building envelope consulting experience.
PE or RA license required.
Proven experience leading complex projects, managing client relationships and growing a consulting practice.
Strong knowledge of building enclosure systems, building codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Building Envelope practice throughout South Florida.
Develop executive-level relationships with owners, developers, architects and contractors.
Drive business development, strategic pursuits and client growth.
Lead complex projects involving façades, roofing, waterproofing, fenestration, rehabilitation and forensic investigations.
Mentor technical staff and maintain high standards of quality and project delivery.
Collaborate with executive leadership to shape business strategy and practice growth.
