Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years related experience or trade school training.
• Minimum of 5 years building maintenance experience.
• Appropriate license/permit for trade as required (e.g., Journeyman/Master Electrician, Refrigeration Certificate of Fitness, etc.).
• Experience in operation, maintenance and basic repair of HVAC, boilers, heaters, pumps, refrigerant systems, compressors, water systems, etc.
• Knowledgeable in energy management systems and building systems operations.

Aufgaben

• Review daily work orders, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Oversee and inspect engineering staff work, ensure functionality of client spaces.
• Formulate and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for proper operation.
• Estimate time/materials for repairs and manage supplies.
