Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience.
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance and repair operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff performance and conduct evaluations.
• Oversee daily team activities; set schedules and assign tasks.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and safety manuals.
• Ensure teams have information and materials to complete work.
• Prepare material and labor cost estimates for maintenance and projects.
• Maintain budgets for facilities maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with others as needed.
• Develop new methods to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Demonstrate expertise across multiple disciplines within the organization.
• Coach others to build depth of knowledge within the team.
• Lead by example and align actions with CBRE RISE values.
• Contribute to achieving department objectives and policies.
