Job summary

JLL is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to support operation, inspection, and light maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in an office building. The role offers growth opportunities within the engineering field.

You will join a 2-person engineering team at a 237,000 square foot Class A building with a daytime schedule and an on-call rotation. The position emphasizes safety and hands-on learning in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry
• Strong customer service skills
• Trade school, union training, military service or college desirable

Responsibilities

• Assist the engineering team in maintenance and repair of building and equipment
• Perform general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and/or painting
• Complete assigned work orders in CMMS and maintain documentation
• Maintain tools and supplies in safe condition
• Support on-call or emergency response situations
