The Building People, LLC. has an immediate opening for a Project Manager - Building Controls to oversee multiple construction projects across sites, ensuring safety, schedule, scope, and budget compliance.

The ideal candidate will lead planning, scheduling, coordination, execution, and closeout activities, using Microsoft Project for integrated schedules, and provide clear project visibility to clients, leadership, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Senior-level project manager with construction delivery experience across multiple sites.
• Strong communication, scheduling, and client coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, coordination, execution, and closeout for active projects.
• Maintain control of scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide on-site leadership and coordinate field execution with site leads and subcontractors.
• Prepare regular client and leadership reporting, including milestones and risks.
