Job summary

The Building People, LLC, has an immediate opening for a Project Manager - Building Controls. We seek a mid-level PM to oversee multiple construction projects across sites, leading planning, scheduling, coordination, execution, and closeout while ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, scope compliance, and budget adherence.

The role emphasizes strong field coordination, client communication, subcontractor oversight, and senior-level Microsoft Project scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business or related field.
• Experience managing multiple construction projects across sites and coordinating with clients and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with project controls, scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, coordination, execution, and closeout for active construction projects.
• Provide on-site leadership and ensure safety, quality, and budget compliance.
• Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and dashboards; report to clients and leadership.
