Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• On-the-job experience with Building Automation/ HVAC systems.
• Experience with Desigo CC, Insight or Niagara preferred.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project coordination.
• Travel up to 10% and valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor the System Specialist team; set goals and conduct performance reviews.
• Schedule and assign installation and commissioning tasks; ensure adherence to plans and estimates.
• Maintain and improve margins for technical support programs.
• Direct and supervise project plans; review customer feedback and drive retention and growth.
• Coordinate between sales, engineering, and execution teams to control costs and delays; manage project P&L.
• Support project profitability through cost containment and travel between branches as needed.
• Maintain excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
