Experience with HVAC/Building Automation controls: design, startup, programming, integration, commissioning.
Experience in training, mentoring, scheduling, and supervising employees in building automation startup.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and mentor the System Specialist team; set goals and review performance.
Schedule and assign installation/commissioning tasks; ensure plans, specifications, and cost estimates are met.
Support project profitability by maintaining margins on technical programs.
Coordinate and manage relationships between sales, engineering, and execution teams to minimize cost and delays.
Serve as a local leader and customer representative for the operations team; travel as needed.
