Qualifications

• Two-year degree or technical school required.
• 3+ years in engineering or project management for building automation (HVAC).
• 1+ years supervising teams.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Legal to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor the System Engineering team with goal setting and performance reviews.
• Schedule and assign engineering tasks to the team.
• Maintain schedules and ensure projects meet plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Oversee submittal quality, labor plans, site walks, and re-estimates.
• Implement productivity tools to improve quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate priorities with Project Management for on-time submittals.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships to minimize costs and delays.
• Support profitability through cost-control procedures.
• Travel between branch locations as needed.
