Siemens’ Anchorage, AK branch is seeking a Building Automation Solutions Operations Supervisor to lead a team of installation specialists and commissioning technicians for new construction projects. You will coordinate activities to ensure on-time delivery of contracts and meet customer expectations.

This role requires hands-on experience in system automation, mentoring staff, and strong project leadership.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• HVAC System Automation/Building Automation controls knowledge including design, startup, programming, integration, documentation, and commissioning.
• Experience training, mentoring, scheduling, and supervising employees responsible for System Automation/Building Automation startup.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility for Siemens' fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Supervise, train, and mentor the System Specialist team; set goals, monitor performance, conduct reviews, and schedule formal training.
• Schedule and assign installation and commissioning tasks; ensure adherence to plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Maintain and improve margins for technical support programs.
• Develop and use project plans; monitor execution and review customer feedback to drive retention and growth.
• Coordinate between sales, engineering, and executions; manage changes to minimize cost and delay; own project P&L.
• Support profitability via cost-containment and travel between branch locations as needed.
• Maintain excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
