Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a facilities systems management program for electrical, mechanical, life, and safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives.
• Inspect systems to verify operation matches design and client specifications.
• Oversee scope development, scheduling, and inspection by outside contractors.
• Respond to emergencies and summon assistance as needed.
• Review work orders, estimate time and resources, and order materials.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance and maintain records.
• Complete required training and participate in related programs.
• Report unsafe conditions and stop work if required.
• Coach others and share knowledge; model CBRE values.
