Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Computer science or related field.
• Three years of professional level work experience with maintaining and designing physical access control systems, Windows, and SQL.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server platforms, experience with SQL Server, configuring hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of building access software systems and operations.
• Analyze, maintain, update, and control the building access systems.
• Coordinate and prioritize building access projects with ongoing operations throughout University departments.
• Supervise, train, and delegate projects to building access associates.
• May serve as a secondary source to provide hardware and software support for University Police systems and other specialized technology.
