Qualifications

• Master's degree with 1 year of relevant budget/finance experience or
• Bachelor's with 3 years of experience in budget/financial analysis
• Associate degree with 5 years of experience in similar roles
• High school diploma with 7 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Track the expense budget against the annual spending plan.
• Reconcile the expense budget against the Bureau database and resolve discrepancies.
• Track capital budget plans and utilization.
• Analyze budget needs and submit budget modifications for efficient funding use.
• Provide oversight of active contracts and procurements including budgets, encumbrances and payments.
• Process new contracts or contract modifications as needed.
• Oversee procurements and regulatory payments.
• Keep internal tracking systems current and accurate.
• Produce ad hoc budget and contract reports as requested.
