A leading construction firm is seeking a Carpenter Foreman responsible for overseeing field planning and production in bridge-related construction. The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience and knowledge of bridge construction equipment. The Foreman will enforce safety policies, collect equipment data, and lead daily operations. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Foreman working on bridge related construction.
• SHA 10 certified is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Enforce quality control and Company safety policies.
• Collect and enter labor and equipment daily into Heavy Job.
• Conduct daily huddles and weekly Tool Box Talk with crew.
• Review, maintain, and monitor crew’s productivity.
• Provide job hazard analysis prior to new work activities.
