Job summary

A national heavy civil construction leader is seeking a Carpenter Foreman responsible for the field planning and production of bridge-related construction activities. The role demands at least 3 years of foreman experience, knowledge of bridge construction equipment, and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Foreman in bridge-related construction.
• Knowledge of various bridge construction equipment and forming systems.
• SHA 10 certification is preferable.
• Rigging knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Enforce quality control and safety policies.
• Ensure materials are on site as required.
• Conduct daily huddles and weekly Tool Box Talks.
• Assist in planning work schedules and labor needs.
• Provide job hazard analysis prior to new work.
• Monitor crew productivity and goals daily.
