Qualifications
Must have 3 to 5 years of industry-related experience, particularly in roads, highways, and bridges.
Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively.
Experience in operating construction tools and maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations on the project site and supervise field personnel.
Inspect bridges and analyze their conditions.
Secure materials needed for repairs and line up jobs for bridge forces.
Skills
