Qualifications
- Pennsylvania CBSI and required refreshers are required.
- Project management and client coordination experience.
- Experience leading bridge inspection teams and mentoring engineers.
- PM experience for PennDOT bridge inspection and design projects.
- NBIS bridge inspection and ancillary structure inspection experience.
- Bridge load rating experience using PennDOT Software Suite, STAAD.
- Experience with scope and price proposal development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain relationships with PennDOT Central Office and Districts.
- Lead bridge inspection projects for PennDOT and local governments.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to engineers and staff on NBIS inspections.
