DiBella’s is hiring for a Bakery Associate/Baker role focused on baking our Italian bread daily and delivering friendly customer service. The position emphasizes early morning baking with a can-do attitude, and opportunities for advancement exist as you learn the bread procedures and shop routines.

Part-time weekend availability is preferred, with paid training and employee meal discounts. This role supports the bakery and deli teams in a fast-paced environment that values quality and guest

Qualifications

• No/mild experience required – entry level position.
• Customer service focus with friendly attitude.
• Ability to follow baking procedures and safety rules.

Responsabilités

• Bake bread following the DiBella’s Bread Manual.
• Prepare and serve menu items according to guidelines.
• Maintain clean bakery and prep areas.
• Assist with deli items and food prep as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service during shifts.
• Follow Health Department standards and safety procedures.
