Black & Veatch Construction, Inc. (BVCI) seeks a Boilermaker Superintendent for a night shift project in Harriman, TN. The role requires mobilization to the site for project duration with onboarding at headquarters in Overland Park, KS.

Union management experience is strongly preferred. You will guide direct hire and subcontractor supervision, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across craft disciplines and unions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Onboarding and relocation requirements may apply for project sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction Manager in ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and policy standards.
• Monitor and report on CPM schedule, progress, and productivity.
• Coordinate with craft, subcontractors, and field supervision.
• Provide technical direction and field engineering support as needed.
• Mentor and train field supervisors and foremen.
• Engage in foreman/subcontractor meetings and 3 Week Look Ahead planning.
• Develop and enforce corrective actions to meet schedule targets.
• Maintain site logs, inspect timesheets and progress reports.
