Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Pipe Superintendent for a Harriman, TN project. The role mobilizes to the site for project duration, with strong preference for Union experience and prior pipe supervision on generation projects.

Minimum 8+ years in Superintendent roles, OSHA-10, and a construction/engineering degree are desired. The position requires coordination with construction management, crafts, and subcontractors while ensuring safety and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on similar projects.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Valid Driver's License and pre-employment checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Manager to ensure adherence to safety, quality and standards.
• Monitor CPM schedule, progress, and cost; report variances.
• Coordinate with crafts, subcontractors, and field staff to meet plan.
• Resolve drawings, information, schedule, and QA issues promptly.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly planning meetings and 3-week look-ahead.
