Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Ability to coordinate with union and subcontractor teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field supervision and craft productivity to meet schedule, safety, quality and cost targets.
• Monitor CPM schedule adherence and look-ahead planning.
• Mentor subs and craft supervisors; ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
