Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc. is seeking an experienced construction field leader for a full-time site role. You will interface with field engineers and craft professionals to ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance per contract documents.

Key responsibilities include mentoring crew members, tracking progress with CPM schedules, and supporting the Site Manager on safety, quality, and delivery. Travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass onboarding checks.
• Construction knowledge across field engineering, safety and quality.
• Leadership, planning and coordination across trades.

Responsibilities

• Engage proactively to correct unsafe acts and conditions.
• Monitor progress and report on schedule, quality and safety compliance.
• Mentor field staff and develop work packages for progress tracking.
• Develop and monitor 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule and ensure resource availability.
• Support the Site Manager with safety, quality and contractual compliance.
