Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with boiler experience.
• Experience with building HVAC systems and basic systems.
• Associates/Technical degree preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Maintains boilers, pumps, air compressors, steam converters, and related HVAC systems.
• Maintains electrical and plumbing systems and equipment.
• Coordinates with custodial and staff to ensure efficient operation.
• Maintains inventory of work supplies and equipment.
• Trains, oversees, and inspects custodial staff.
• Ensures building automation systems are operational.
