Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, review, and approve work of custodial staff.
• Operate and maintain boilers, heat exchangers, air handlers and pool pumps.
• Maintain mechanical equipment for heating and cooling systems.
• Clean and service boilers, air conditioners, belts and air filters.
• Prepare reports on fuel, vandalism, and timesheets; order supplies.
