Responsibilities

• Maintains and services boilers, water pumps, HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Supervises custodial staff and coordinates with building staff.
• Monitors life safety systems and arranges outside services as needed.
• Manages inventory of supplies and building automation systems.
• Assists with snow removal and setup for special events.
• Ensures positive interactions with internal and external customers.
