Job summary

Qualifications

• Second Class Boiler license issued by Minnesota; no substitution.
• Pool Certification required within six months if in a pool building.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on boilers and mechanical equipment.
• Sweep, dust, mop floors of various materials.
• Clean windows, walls, woodwork; dust and polish furniture.
• Operate heating plant and auxiliary equipment; adjust belts and filters.
• Restock supplies and replace light bulbs and fuses.
• Move furniture and equipment; open/close the building and secure it.
