Job summary

White Bear Lake Area Schools is seeking a Head Custodial Engineer for Vadnais and Lakeaires, with a schedule of 8 hours per day, 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 260 days per year. Responsibilities include maintenance of boilers, HVAC systems, electrical/plumbing, and supervising custodial staff.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and substantial boiler experience; Minnesota Chief C Boiler license preferred, 1st class considered. A Minnesota driver's license is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains and services boilers, pumps, air systems and related HVAC components.
• Maintains basic electrical and plumbing systems and repairs as needed.
• Supervises custodial staff and coordinates with building staff.
• Ensures building automation systems operate efficiently.
• Performs snow removal and assists with event setup.
• Creates positive customer relations and supports safety practices.
