Job summary

Precious Care ABA in New Jersey seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission of empowering children with autism through evidence-based ABA therapy. This full-time position offers a substantial salary, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and a supportive team focused on quality care and work-life balance.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, mentor BTs/RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active state licensure (or ability to obtain) if applicable.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral interventions.
  • Experience developing and implementing treatment plans.
  • Ability to mentor and support BTs/RBTs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
