This leader will ensure strong collaboration between BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff while maintaining exceptional clinical standards.

Salary: $125,000-$150,000

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support BCBAs and RBTs to ensure high clinical standards
• Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans, treatment programs, and documentation compliance
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to clinical staff
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment recommendations as needed
• Support advanced assessment opportunities including FBAs, preference assessments, and related evaluations
• Maintain family communication through regular check-ins
• Review treatment integrity and quality assurance data to support continuous improvement
• Provide oversight for complex client cases and travel locally as needed

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• New Jersey state licensure (or eligibility)
• Leadership experience in ABA services preferred
• Minimum 5 years of ABA experience preferred
• Clean background screening and valid driver\'s license
