Job summary

A dedicated ABA service provider in Philadelphia is seeking a Lead BCBA to develop individualized treatment plans and support children with autism. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in ABA, BCBA certification, and at least 2 years of applicable experience. Here’s what we need from you:
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
  • BCBA certification.
  • Meet licensing requirements for your state of employment.
  • 2+ year experience in ABA working with children 0-21.
  • Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments, identifying goals, designing plans, implementing strategies, and monitoring progress preferred.
  • Experience providing training and mentorship to other clinicians (e.g. graduate students, behavior technicians, etc)
  • Ability to manage a variety of clinical and administrative responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance within an EHR, strongly preferred experience in Central Reach (e.g. Learning Trees, Session Notes, Data Sessions).
  • Support quality assurance audits and clinical performance evaluations.
  • Strongly preferred extensive experience in Central Reach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Dependable, consistent, reliable, trustworthy, and professional.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Able to perform activities that require fine and gross motor skills: bend, kneel, squat, sit on floor level or in a chair, or stand for periods of time while working with clients.
  • Able to respond quickly over short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of clients.
  • Able and willing to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
