Job summary

Clearsteps ABA in New Jersey is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children ages 2-12 in their homes. As a BCBA, you will assess, design, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct assessments, develop plans, train RBTs/BTs, and collaborate with families to promote independence and meaningful learning.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• NJ license required.

About the Role:

We are seeking a board certified behavior analyst to deliver high-quality, with NJ License compassionate care to children aged 2-12. As a key member of our team, you will provide structured therapy sessions in the child\'s natural environment, using evidence-based techniques to promote meaningful learning and growth. Your expertise will enable children to develop independence, build confidence, and thrive in their daily lives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
• Deliver ABA therapy sessions in the child\'s home, using a variety of techniques and strategies to promote skill acquisition and generalization
• Provide guidance and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with families to ensure successful outcomes
