Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Minimum 1 year blow‑molding experience.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficient.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 12 hours.
• Work environment: warehouse, hot/humid summers, high noise; PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities on blow-molding lines including testing and packing.
• Train and supervise operators; provide relief as needed.
• Promote safety, quality, and environmental standards; report incidents.
• Ensure procedures followed; disposition non-conformances.
• Maintain BOM/Work Order labels and accurate attendance records.
• Enter process statistics and generate Oracle reports daily.
