Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a blow molding facility with shuttle equipment preferred.
• Solid safety, attendance and job performance history.
• Experience with blow molding tooling and components.

Responsibilities

• Promote and execute safe work practices throughout the facility.
• Manage the setup department to ensure timely and accurate start-ups.
• Identify mold issues and communicate changes to optimize tooling.
• Approve engineering on new tooling/mold with plant PDE.
• Train new employees and monitor performance/attendance.
• Coordinate with customer service and manufacturing to ensure materials are available for jobs.
