Job summary

Igloo Products Corp. is seeking a seasoned plastics processing supervisor with blow mold expertise to lead daily manufacturing activities for a fast-growing lifestyle brand. At least five years in blow molding and prior supervisory experience are required.

Candidates must be fluent in English, able to perform basic math, and comfortable in a warehouse environment that can be hot in summer and cold in winter. Physical demands include lifting up to 40 lbs and prolonged standing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years blow mold processing plastics experience; minimum 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• English reading, writing, speaking and comprehension required.
• Math skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 40 lbs, up to 10 times per day during 12-hour shifts; able to stand for long periods.
• Work environment can be hot and humid in summer, cold in winter.
• Experience in machine start-up and shutdown.
• Material handling experience.
