Job summary

Highline Aftermarket seeks a Blow Mold Manager to lead plastic molding operations, driving Lean improvements and a culture of safety and accountability. The role focuses on producing quality bottles to meet customer demand while mentoring associates and managing budgets.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of operations management experience, experience with on-floor supervision, and Thermoplastic processing knowledge to optimize processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or related field; equivalent combination considered.
• 4 years of operations management experience as a department manager, plant superintendent, or similar role.
• Minimum of 2 years supervising hourly associates on the floor.
• Thermoplastic processing experience in plastics molding or related operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop systems and processes to ensure quality in production of bottles at customer demand.
• Lead continuous improvement using lean tools and methodologies.
• Oversee budgeting and equipment installation to meet performance and safety standards.
• Coordinate with purchasing, maintenance, and quality control for optimal production utilization.
