Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Experience: 1 year in similar processes.
• Supervisory/leadership: minimum 6 months.
• Language: read, write, speak English.
• Physical: lift up to 50 lbs; long shifts in production.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities and supervise lines.
• Provide training with clear instructions and PPE; explain injection procedures.
• Lead daily line/shift meetings—safety, metrics, and assignments.
• Ensure BOMs, Work Orders, labels are correct; address non-conformances.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure on-time production.
