Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, maintenance, quality, or related environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety rules, production schedules, labels, specifications, or technical documents.
• Basic math, measurement, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work assigned shift, overtime, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Review carry-over quantities, scheduled production, and raw material availability.
• Verify leak detectors and provide relief coverage for the Senior Operator.
• Safely operate several blow molding machines and maintain continuous operation.
• Ensure bottle quality, color, weight, sleeving, and QA specifications are met.
• Perform ongoing QA checks and maintain QA documentation and leak detector checks.
• Report production delays, risks, or issues.
• Perform minor mechanical repairs and assist with maintenance.
• Maintain adequate supplies of dyes and resins.
• Train, guide, and support junior operators.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
