Job summary

Aftermath is seeking a Supervisor to lead biohazard remediation projects on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and compassionate client communication. This hands-on role requires the ability to manage tasks, coordinate crews when needed, and maintain high standards in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar
• IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes)
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals
• Lead jobs and ensure successful completion without direct personnel management
