Job summary

Aftermath is seeking a Supervisor to lead biohazard remediation projects, supervise field crews, and coordinate with clients on-site. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and compassionate communication to restore peace of mind after traumatic events.

We offer a hybrid pay structure with an hourly rate and on-call responsiveness. If you are driven, capable of lifting 50 lbs, and comfortable with variable schedules, this position is for you.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record.
• Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred.
• Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals.
• This role does not manage people, but leads jobs and ensures successful completion.
