Job summary

Aftermath Services® is seeking a Supervisor to lead biohazard remediation projects, delivering safety and quality on every site. This isn’t a desk job—hands-on work that helps families and communities during traumatic times.

You’ll supervise job execution, coordinate with clients on-site with empathy, handle paperwork, and support project completion. Local candidates with a driver’s license and 2+ years' supervisory experience are preferred; occasional overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Local candidate; respond within 1 hour of call.
• Able to lift 50 lbs; work in challenging environments.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in restoration or construction preferred.
• Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals.
• While this role does not manage people—it leads jobs and ensures successful completion.
